Balls are a unit in Scarface - The World is Yours. Only Tony Montana has a balls meter. When the meter is full he can go into Blind Rage mode. The meter is performed by:
- killing enemies (can be filled significantly faster by taunting enemies after they have been killed),
- taunting drivers after crashing (while in vehicle or after being hit while on foot),
- making drivers abandon their vehicles,
- wrong-way driving,
- drifting,
- passing other vehicles at high speed,
- performing jumps in vehicles,
- having conversations with NPCs,
- succesful intimidating,
- completing distribution missions by collecting money from all of the undamaged Fronts.
Balls meter can be reset to zero at Sperm Banks in exchange for money. There is also a total counter of the amount of balls, which while being increased through the game progress, it can unlock new femme-fatales and health/balls upgrades related to them.
