Blood Brothers are a Latino and African-American gang of mission givers and drug suppliers founded in Scarface - The World Is Yours.
Description[]
The gang as it seems operates in Downtown and gives big supplier missions in either Downtown or The Islands. They work for Tony's friend Felix and appear in many of his Downtown leads. Members of the gang are not actually be brothers, as there are Latino members and Afro-Americans. Their missions are usually to steal a bus and drive it to a parking spot, or to transport a truck full of hot goods around Miami and then back to Downtown. Sometimes Tony will also have to protect a Blood Brother from other cartel members (usually Sosa's) who were sent to kill him. They may also react aggressively towards Montana, if Tony punches or shoots a brother after a mission, and they will appear as red dots on map and try to kill him.
When doing the large supplier mission, Tony will need to be successful in intimidating them or else a cutscene will play, showing the brothers beating him up, pissing on him and stealing the drugs and money for themselves.
Some of the members can be seen fighting in Bloodsport.

- They act more aggressively on the Islands than in Miami, possibly because they're accompanied by their leader on the Islands.
