Carlos is one of Tony's henchmen.
Appearance[]
He has black hair, golden necklace around the neck, yellow shirt and brown pants, or blue shirt and green pants. He is skinny and has black shoes.
Intractions[]
Tony can call him to bring him a car, and can talk to him. He, like all the others respects Tony, but sometimes ignores him, and questions him what he asked. He can also be dissmised like the others.
