Chi Peso Trattoria is a restaurant in South Beach, Miami which Tony buys as a front for his empire. Tony learns that the manager, Stephen Lee, killed a mob boss a day ago just because he was so fat. The boss' gang members come to the retaurant to kill him as retaliation. Tony protects him, even though he didn't want it, and threatens to kill him if he doesn't sell the restaurant. The manager agrees to work for him. The store can be bought for $2,000,000.
