The Tiger is an animal, as well as Tony's pet, which appears in the Scarface film and Scarface - The World is Yours.

In the movie, as Tony's profitable relationship with Sosa (and his business) grows over the next year-and-a-half after Frank Lopez's death, a chain of events happen. He marries Elvira, buys a huge mansion complete with surveillance cameras + numerous luxury items, and Tony even sets Gina up in business with her own beauty salon complete with a paid staff. He also buys The Tiger as a pet for his mansion. But, when Tony dies in the ending shootout, it is unclear as to what happens to The Tiger afterwards.
In the game, The Tiger helps Tony kill Sosa's army in the start of the game. He killed one of Sosa's henchmen and is not seen again, but is mentioned by Tony, and the player can also buy his sculpture and a golden sculpture, Tony also calls many of his chicks "Tigers". Later in the game when Tony visits his bank to make a deposit and talk to Jerry, he is given a catalog with exotic items. Tony asked the woman at the front desk making the deposit if there would be a tiger in the catalog, giving us a hint that the tiger might have been captured or killed.
