Franklin is a minor enemy character featured in the game Scarface: The World Is Yours and is one of Nacho's henchmen.
Background[]
Not much is known of Franklin's background, other than that he appears to be one of the higher-ranked members of the Contreras Cartel, along with George.

Franklin appears a lot less than other members of the Contreras cartel, appearing mostly around the Industrial Zone, where he is usually the crew leader in a gang nest, suggesting he owns his own regime. If the player has a low gang heat, he can be talked to in various gang spots in the Industrial Zone, and he appears a lot less in other parts of Downtown.
Like all other members of the Contreras cartel, Franklin appears in most missions where Tony Montana takes over turfs in Downtown. He also appears in the mission "Nacho Contreras".
