Fredrick is a minor citizen character featured in Scarface: The World is Yours.
Background[]
Fredrick appears to have come to the United States from England and is highly educated. It is unknown for how long he has currently been living in Miami.
If you mod the game and implant him into the gameplay, he will be labelled as a Professor.
Interactions[]
Fredrick can be found walking around North Beach in the daytime and evenings, and almost anywhere else in Miami at the daytime. He might also be found walking around the streets of Downtown at evenings. Fredrick can also be found hanging around with some other folks at the North Beach park near the La Normande Hotel. Fredrick, along with Jonas Dunk, Carla, Tyler, Kitty, an Ukrainian Man and Brenda can also be found as residents on the Gilligan's Island's look-alike in the Islands. Fredrick can always be found standing near the tent and explosive barrels at near end of the island, talking with either Kitty or Tyler.

- Fredrick is one of the few citizen type characters in the game with whom Antonio Montana cannot have a proper conversation with, along with Tyler, Mr. Steinworth, Mackintosh and Bill T. Tagworthy.
- It is possible that he is the college professor of the college the beach-styled college student characters go to, since he usually spawns where they do.
