"All of the citizens are equal under my eye."
―Lucho to Tony, explains his political ideology

Lucho Hernandez is a minor citizen character featured in Scarface: The World is Yours.

Background[]

Lucho Hernandez is a Mexican politician, who came to the United States as an ambassador and appears to work in North Beach.

Interactions[]

Lucho can most often be encountered walking around the sidewalks of North Beach, particularly on those around the parks and the larger buildings. It is also common for him to drive around the town in a Stretch Limousine.

Rarely, he can also be encountered walking on the streets of Downtown, especially near the O'Grady Liquor Store or the parking lot near the beaches of Coconut Grove. He may also be encountered walking around Little Havana, although rarely.

Trivia[]

  • According to his dialogue, he believes the authority of the US is much less dangerous than the one in Mexico.
  • He claims to be a politician to fight for equality, explaining to Tony Montana that everyone is entitled to have the same rights under his eye. However, Tony doubts this and says that he thinks Lucho is using his powers to defend dangerous drug cartels and human traffickers, to which Hernandez exclaims that Tony, a drug lord himself, should come to Mexico to see for himself.
  • From a far, he could be mistaken with Mr. Steinworth due to the similar character model.
