About[]
Matos Guiterrez is a journalist. He was being interviewed about a drug cartel that operates out of his native Bolivia. This worried Alejandro Sosa, who a cocaine kingpin who was in charge of the drug racket mentioned. Guiterrez also named other Bolivians, such as a flag officer who spent more time in Switzerland than in Bolivia. A tongue-in-cheek remark is made if chocolatiers and cash registers are important for a Bolivian solider to guard. Guitierez says that Sosa is moving dirty money from South America to Europe.
When Guiterrez was scheduled to make a speech to the United Nations, Sosa uses Tony Montana to assassinate Guiterrez.
