Paul is a minor citizen character featured in Scarface: The World Is Yours.
Background[]
Paul is a college student in Miami. He sees himself as something of a ladies man and likes to drink beer, but doesn't take drugs.
Judging from his accent, he appears to be Canadian.
Interactions[]
Paul can be found just about anywhere during the day, walking on the city streets, although he more commonly spawns in South Beach and North Beach, especially in crowded areas. He may also spawn eating at the Macau Fast Food or chilling at Swansong Hotel. He can also be found drinking or dancing at Coconut Grove.
He can also be seen driving around North Beach in a car.
