Percy is a minor character featured in Scarface: The World is Yours.
Background[]
Percy is a Jamaican, possibly also a Rastafarian, gangster who works for the Ortega Cartel and occasionally the Sandman and his cartel. Like all the members of the Ortega cartel, Percy abuses a lot of drugs. However, he appears to take a lot more pleasure in killing, similar to Delroy and Donovan.
According to his dialogue, his father did not like overweight women.
Interactions[]
Percy can be encountered in The Sandman's leads on the Islands, concerning the Ortegas. He spawns more rarely than the other members of the cartel. This could be due to the fact that he sometimes work as a member of the Sandman Cartel at the Plantation and in some leads, needs to be protected from the corrupt cops or the Bolivian Cartel. He can be talked to if his role is not hostile.
His weapon of choice seems to be a Lead Pipe.
