Background

Reginald is a stoner living in South Beach who does nothing else but drive around in a Hippie Van and smoke weed all day. It is known that he also goes by the nickname Reggie.

Interactions

Reginald can be found about anywhere in South Beach, mostly walking all high on the sidewalk or the beach. Reginald may also be found driving in his Hippie Van around the Trailer Park or South Beach, possibly also other places in Miami. Reggie can also be found eating at Macau Fast Food or smoking and partying with a couple of college beach girls at The Sun Ray Hotel, if the fronts are undamaged, of course.

Reginald can also be spotted running away from danger in the middle of Lobster Cay due to the Bolivian Cartel shooting all around the village he resides in if they spot Tony Montana in the vicinity. Reginald, along with Maria can also be found standing and chatting at the first lighthouse on Lobster Cay. However, it is not unusually for both to be killed by the Bolivian Cartel nearby, if Montana stands near the two.
