The Trailer Park Rednecks are a band of southerners who live in Miami's Trailer Park neighbourhood. They are presumably led by Billy-Joe, or at least they were in the mission they appeared in.

The Trailer Park Rednecks appear to be led by Billy-Joe as evidenced from the Oakley Drive-In Theatre's front mission, and own a SAW-controlled orange Mojave, the same type that the Bolivian Cartel uses. They reside in the Trailer Park district of Miami, where many of these poor southerners reside in their trailers, alongside the Gomez Cartel. The two groups seem to be in a neutral state and will never attack each other, unlike with the Montana Cartel. It should also be noted that the usual rednecks who are seen residing at the Trailer park are NPC citizen types, rather than enemy types and will not defend themselves if Tony attacks them.
As they prefer to live in seclusion on their Trailer Park, in humble homes and are rarely seen in the town, the rednecks are seen as outsiders by everyone else, including Tony Montana.
Indeed, the only time they appear as hostile enemies in the story is during the Oakley Drive-In's front mission. There, it can also be seen that they are assisted in action by Simon Trent, Lee Houston and Leo Jr.
